MaxiBuild Inc. was established and incorporated in August 1989 under laws of the Republic of the Philippines. As a contracting firm, MaxiBuild was organized to provide its clients with the following fields of expertise:
- General Building Construction
- Interior Fit-out Construction
- Project and Construction Management
MaxiBuild is a duly licensed General Building/Engineering contractor by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board and is an active member of the Philippine Constructors Association.
Construction in this millennium entails methods and technology other than those used in conventional construction. As the race among developers to turnover their projects becomes tighter and as project owners are always in a rush to occupy their spaces, contractors will have to devise ways and means to complete their projects within an often compressed time schedule and within a strictly budgeted cost. It is in this regard that MXBI was conceptualized, an organization efficient in the sourcing and use of materials, skilled in modern construction methods and systems, and conscious of job site safety, such factors necessary in achieving on-time project completion within a competitive bottom-line cost.
MXBI's well-seasoned management team, staff, and consultants have distinguished themselves individually in the engineering and construction industry, having been involved in one way or another, in several prestigious projects in the Philippines and abroad.
